No time machine needed

“Be bored. Stare at the sky. Go on a walk without a podcast. Exist without picking up your phone to scroll social media every 90 seconds. Be 100% present and appreciate life without stimulation. You’ll be happier. And more creative.”

Try this thought experiment. Imagine you transport your 85-year-old self to the present. What things would that version of you appreciate?

You’d probably remark at your health, the age of your loved ones, you would simply be in awe of the present.

You don’t need a time machine, just a little bit of imagination.
